Customer Service Specialist
A 4-week instructional program which consists of 6-modules that provides customer service basics such as:
Communicating with the unsatisfied customers
Instruction in Microsoft Office 2016.
Upon completion of the course, students will be assisted in seeking employment as a Customer Service Specialist.

The mission of LLS is to provide quality programs that integrate professional skills and career focus to empower customers in developing and achieving both their personal and career potentials.

LLS instructional staff has over 20 years experience with teaching techniques that encourage active customer participation, projects, simulations, demonstrations, field trips and lectures from great speakers.
In order to attain its mission, LLS strives to provide excellence in education by hiring well-prepared, educated and experienced faculty and staff. Each customer who completes the training will receive a certificate of completion.
